Lahaina Taxi – Service Policy
1. Booking & Reservations

Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time.

A valid contact number or email is required to confirm your reservation.
2. Payment

Payment is due at the start or end of the trip, unless prepaid online.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved mobile payment apps.

Tour prices are per vehicle, not per person, unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your trip are free of charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee.
-
No-shows are charged the full trip amount.
-
Changes to reservations are allowed if the schedule permits.
4. Luggage & Personal Items

Standard luggage allowance applies (please inform us in advance if traveling with oversized items).

Lahaina Taxi is not responsible for lost or unattended belongings.
5. Safety & Conduct

Seat belts must be worn at all times.

No smoking or vaping inside vehicles.

Alcohol may be consumed only in accordance with Hawaii state law and with driver approval.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving in an unsafe, abusive, or unlawful manner.
6. Respect for Maui

Please follow our Maui Aloha & Respect Policy:

Stay on marked trails at sightseeing stops.

Do not touch or disturb wildlife.

Use reef-safe sunscreen when near the ocean.

Take all trash with you.

7. Delays & Traffic

Lahaina Taxi is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road closures.
